The Importance of Purity
The quality of carbon dioxide used in beverages and foods significantly affects both taste and shelf life. Many systems for producing carbon dioxide, such as flue gases, geothermal sources, or fermentation methods, can contain undesirable carcinogenic sulfur or aromatic compounds. These not only affect flavor or shelf life but can also pose health risks.
Our carbon dioxide is derived from sedimentary formations and provides an impressive purity level of 99.999%, as certified by the Atlantic Analytical Laboratory (AAL). This exceptional purity ensures that beverages and foods remain fresh and flavorful for longer without unpleasant odors.


From Nature to You
Carbon dioxide gas, located in a 3455-hectare area in Niğde/Kemerhisar, which is operated by our company for 99 years, was identified as a result of our mining and geological surveys.
It is extracted from fault cracks 500-1500 meters below the surface using drilling methods and conveyed to the facility via a polyethylene pipe system. We have 130 potential wells ready to pump carbon dioxide in the region, and 54 of our wells are active.
