ANALYSIS LABORATORY
Maintaining product quality is crucial for us. Our device, capable of analyzing 23 elements in 9 seconds, allows for real-time monitoring and enables us to share results with our customers.
Our laboratory, located within our production facility, is equipped with all the necessary equipment for production and product analysis. All necessary analyses are performed according to a program at each stage of the process.
Our laboratory conducts all analyses mandated by TSE (Turkish Standards Institution) and European Food Standards. The results are delivered to the recipient in a report with each shipment.
CYLINDER FILLING UNIT
Our cylinder filling facility is designed to perform high-purity cylinder filling. This unit is an automatically controlled filling workstation that fills cylinders with liquid carbon dioxide from the tank.
The filling system controls the amount of carbon dioxide filled into the cylinder with very precise precision using scales.
HYDROSTATIC TESTING UNIT
According to current legislation, the cylinders must undergo hydrostatic testing every 5 years.
Even though the inner and outer surfaces of the cylinders are visually inspected, due to the metallic nature of the cylinders, checking for cracks on the surface is not possible without destructive testing.
