GDG Inc. Activity Summary
GDG Inc. was established in 1987 in Niğde/Kemerhisar as Turkey's first natural carbon dioxide (CO₂) gas production facility using underground drilling methods.
Main Area of Activity: Purification, liquefaction, storage, and distribution of natural CO₂ gas extracted from underground.
Emphasis on Quality and Expertise:
Production is entirely natural, requiring no chemical purification.
Gas purity is certified at 99.99+% (the purest CO₂ gas produced in Turkey).
Production far exceeds TSE and European Food Regulation standards, and this high purity is particularly critical for the soft drink and carbonated beverage industry.
Technological Control: The CARBOSCAN analyzer system, in use since 2013, monitors 23 different gases in real time, providing analysis results every 9 seconds, and the final analysis report is delivered with the shipment.
Integrated Facilities and Services:
The High Purity Natural Carbon Dioxide Gas Integrated Cylinder Filling Facility (a first in Turkey), opened in April 2014, aims to meet the high purity demand from abroad by filling cylinders with 99.995% purity gas.
The facility also includes a Hydrostatic Test Unit, which is mandatory under regulations.
